Forced ranking that produces real differentiation
Most competency assessments produce inflated scores. Raters default to the middle, results cluster together, and the data tells you nothing useful. Talentprint uses forced ranking to eliminate this.
Raters must distribute their responses across a scale - they cannot rate everyone the same. The result is genuine differentiation that makes talent decisions easier and more defensible.
